1. The service

Love Bluff is a two-player bluffing game for iPhone and Android operated by [LEGAL ENTITY TBD — owner to confirm] (“we”). One player writes one true answer and two fake answers to a prompt; the other tries to guess the true one. Scores measure gameplay only. Love Bluff does not measure relationship quality or truthfulness outside the game, and makes no clinical or therapeutic claims.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and confirm eligibility when creating an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for choosing your true answers honestly — the app cannot verify personal truth. One active partner per account.

3. Pairing

Invitations expire in 24 hours, are single-use and revocable, and require the other player’s explicit acceptance. You may unpair at any time; unpairing immediately revokes shared access and ends active matches neutrally. Blocking also prevents re-invitation. A new partner never inherits an old partner’s match history.

4. Gameplay rules (summary)

A classic match is six scored rounds. Correct guess: detective scores 2; wrong guess: storyteller scores 2. The once-per-match “I’m certain” token doubles that round to 4. Highest total wins; equal totals are a draw. The weekly rivalry resets Monday 00:00 UTC. Full rules are shown in the app. Async turns expire after 48 hours and expired matches close without a winner. Committed gameplay actions require connectivity.

5. Free play, Premium, and packs

Free: tutorial, pairing, one six-round match per pair per UTC day (the app shows your local reset time), free prompt categories, and 2 AI assists per account per day.
Premium (optional subscription): $6.99/month or $39.99/year at USD launch pricing — the store displays the actual localized price, term, and renewal terms before purchase. Premium provides unlimited ordinary matches (subject to abuse controls), all categories and packs while active, enhanced rivalry history, and 20 AI assists per day.
Permanent packs: $3.99 each (USD launch pricing) for Holiday Bluff, Vacation Chaos, and Throwback Trouble. A permanent pack keeps that pack available after Premium ends; it does not remove the free daily match limit for non-Premium play — this is stated before purchase.
One purchaser covers the couple: while paired, the partner receives derived access; ownership stays with the buyer after unpairing. Completed matches are not interrupted if a subscription expires mid-match.
Purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through your store account; restore is available in the app and is never paywalled. Deleting your Love Bluff account does not cancel store billing.
No ads, no weekly subscriptions, no automatic free trials, and no surprise purchases in version 1. The certainty token is not purchasable and has no cash value. There are no cash stakes.

6. Acceptable use and your content

You must follow the Community Standards. Answers, questions, and replies must be 1–140 characters (questions/replies up to 160), are checked for objectionable content, and may be reported by the other player. We may remove content, disable features, or suspend accounts that violate the Standards. You keep ownership of the answers you write; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the game (store, transmit to your paired partner, moderate reported content, and process optional AI assist at your request).

7. Optional AI assist

AI assist is optional and off unless you tap it. Drafts require your approval or edit before submission. Usage caps apply and are shown in the app. See the AI disclosure.

8. Safety tools are never paywalled

Pairing, reporting, blocking, unpairing, account export, account deletion, and purchase restoration are available regardless of subscription status.

9. Availability and changes

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be versioned and announced. 10. Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app or via the web request path at Delete Account. Effects on shared games and billing are explained there and in the Privacy Policy.
